Dr. Musa .Y. Ribadu- Managing Director/CEO, NNPC HMO Limited.

He is a skilled clinician and health manager who has more than 30 years of experience in the Health Sector in Nigeria. Prior to becoming the MD, NNPC HMO, he was the Manager, Field Clinics and Coordinator HMO in NNPC Medical Service Ltd (NMSL). He is an exceptional Medical doctor who has made great strides in the health sector.

Dr. Ribadu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, MA Health Management, Planning and Policy from University of LEEDS, a MSc. Environment, Health and Safety from University of Sunderland UK.

He is a member of the Nigerian Medical Association, A Fellow of the Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria (FIHIMN), a member of International Commission of Occupational Health (ICOH), a member of Society of Quality Health Care in Nigeria.

Dr. Abatcha .M. Kadai  – Director , Business Operations.

Dr. Kadai is an astute physician, savvy and versatile Healthcare executive, with over 30years of amazing career in NNPC Limited. 

 Prior to his deployment to NNPC HMO Limited, he was the Head of the Emergency Medical Outfit in the NNPC Limited Head-office where he facilitated the expansion of the place to a full-fledged Occupational Health Clinic in 2015. 

As part of the NNPC HMO Start-up Team, he contributed immensely to the establishment and Operations for the new company. He played an integral role in developing Governance framework, Operating model, and Guild of Providers, ensuring easy accessibility and flexible options to our teaming clients across the country. 

He obtained his MBBS Degree from the University of Maiduguri, holds a master’s degree in occupational health and safety from the University of Turin, Italy as well as a master’s degree in health economics from the Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria.  

He is a Fellow of the Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria (IHIMCN) as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Finance and Management (IHFM).  He is also an active member of many other organizations both within and outside the country. 

He is happily married with children. 

Mrs. Titilayo. A. Adegbemi – Director, Finance and Accounts.

Mrs. Adegbemi T. A. holds HND in Accountancy from the Yaba College of Technology, Post Graduate degree in Accounting from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Lagos State University (LASU), a Certified Pension Practioner and a Member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.

She is a pragmatic Accountant who focused on financial planning, cash flow monitoring, and budget management with an in-depth knowledge of the principles relating to finance, accounting, budgeting, cost management, and controls. Versatile in the use of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Mrs. Adegbemi T. A. is a result-oriented and active player with over twenty- nine (29) years of experience in the Finance and Account Directorate of NNPC.

Mr. Ademola O. Adebusuyi  – Deputy Director, IT.

Mr. Ademola O. Adebusuyi has an impressive career in Information Technology, spanning over two decades. He has acquired expertise in business management and IT to achieve business objectives. In his various roles at NNPC Limited, he has demonstrated strong leadership in Information Security Risk and Compliance Management, Service Management, and Infrastructure Operations Management. His focus on streamlining processes, managing vendors and contracts, and leading seamless IT upgrade projects has resulted in improved services and zero downtime for several NNPC Businesses. As the Deputy Director of Information Technology at NNPC HMO, his wealth of experience will undoubtedly contribute to ensuring optimal IT performance to meet the organization’s business goals.

Mrs. Cecilia. I. Onigah – Deputy Director, Business Services

Mrs. Cecilia I. Onigah holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Nasarawa State University and a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA).

She is a highly motivated, personable and result driven professional with over fifteen (15) years of experience and business acumen. Mrs. C. I. Onigah is an ardent Peoples Management professional, well-honed with leadership skills to motivating employees towards achieving and exceeding organizational goals.

She is a well-focused individual, who leads the HR team to ensure operational requirements are accomplished. She is committed to promoting synergy across the various departments of the company to drive positive change through the implementation of HR policies and procedures. She is passionate about value addition and performance improvement.
